Partners and Referrals

H.E.L.P. regularly assists clients referred by Good Samaritan's of Hamilton County, Trinity Clinic, Healthy Families of Riverview Hospital, Prime Life Enrichment, Prevail of Hamilton Country, Red Cross, Birthright of Cicero, Bethal Luthern, St. Vincent DePaul Noblesville, St. Maria Goretti's Shepards Gate, Carmel United Methodist's Food Pantry, Open Doors, Amanda Strong, Mama's Cupboard, Inspirations and more! There are also regular referrals for assistance through the trustees in Clay, Westfield/Washington, Adams and other surrounding townships.

While the bulk of HELP’s supplies and services are donated by Our Lady of Mount Carmel parishioners, there has been growing community cooperation that has expanded the safety net for the county’s poor. There have been food drives through St. Peter Episcopal Church, Central Christian Church, Church of Later Day Saints, St. Louis de Montfort Parish in Fishers, St. Elizabeth Seton Parish, Carmel, the Carmel fire department, St. Vincent's Carmel Hospital, IRS offices, KID's BMV, various public schools, Hockey Teams, the U.S. Postal Service, Scouting for food, the Good Samaritan's of Hamilton County, and Gleaners food bank. In exchange, HELP has given emergency food allotments to the The Good Samaritans Holiday Projects, St. Maria Goretti food pantry in Westfield, Sacred Heart Food Pantry in Cicero and St. Vincent de Paul in Anderson.
